CREDITS

De Hooch is situated at one of the most beautiful locations in Amsterdam, specifically in the Museumkwartier, between Hobbemakade and Pieter de Hoochstraat. The site, once occupied by a KPN office building, now hosts a new development designed by MVSA Architects. This building accommodates 28 apartments in the upscale segment, ranging from 170 m² to an expansive 300 m². It is a residence that embraces its residents, exuding luxury from every angle and offering an unprecedented level of service. De Hooch stands as a unique and distinctive project in its development.
